CALL WITH RON BREWER - CEO
RON had to go back to have work done on his knee 2 times since I spoke to him last. CFO family issues were in fact a death in the family, as well as other extenuating circumstances arising from that.....FINALLY it seems health issues wont effect us anymore
1) 10K will be out this week, maybe tonight or tomorrow. Wont be audited upon release, but it is being audited.
2) M&A will be the focus in 2018
3) IOSOFT contracts began in DECEMBER, and full integration of all known contracts will be done by FEB. There are more contracts in addition he cant mention. Our clients are all LARGE INSTITUTIONS. Gov't regulations caused the founders to track improper guidance in #'s last year. The new guidance given is a much better reflection of expectations for '18.
4) SILEX will look to expand FRANCHISING in 2018
5) Rumors of RJDG going private are CRAP
6) O/S is 209M
I asked about SWRM, and like me - he believes RJDG is the more CORE "real" long term business of the 2, and his investment here of 129M shares reflects that.
CRYPTO and CANNIBIS are areas he is looking into closely, but all he would say on that related to RJDG.
If RJDG is trading less than .03 in 3 months from now, I would be very surprised.
