"SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Now that we started a New Year, I hope that we can fast track our developments and achieve the company's goals.
I spoke with Mr.Miller, and we are on the same page with getting OTC Markets files finished and giving Mr.Miller full support.
As most of you who are intelligent know and understand how these things work, you must know that we are battling several forces who want to see this company go down. I know that a lot of you don't like me, but we all share the common denominator, and that is the SUTI stock. I'm trying to help get the company "current" in filings and move forward. These "enemies" want to see the company de-listed and stop trading. That will render ALL shares useless.
Yes, I see all the accusations and what is basically slander against me and the company. I'm also dealing with various agencies and all I can say is that we are still a land of justice and democracy, so when people attack, we still have our day in court and libel , slander and false accusations still have their consequences and also their authors will face us and the truth.
These people don't even own any shares, and all they want is a delusional "hostile" take over and they believe that by spreading false statements, libel and slander along with filing with several agencies and regulatory agencies that this will somehow get them to their goal. Well, these agencies do a full investigation, and it works both ways. I'm just happy that these "bad actors" chose to send their messages in writing as well as leaving death threats and other accusations on my cell phone and email.
I too, had filed with the proper authorities, and now will begin speaking out, since we now have enough evidence against them.
I'm extremely excited about the recent developments for our company and what we plan with cryptocurrency and processing, and I will keep updating all the shareholders ASAP."
