yeah it makes sense at this point that is the reason. when the prs start rolling out can you imagine all the news that will be dropped. so many events/meetings/contracts have taken place since September. just the hype alone we should be at 3 cents. SB is literally giving people a chance of a lifetime right now to buy in cheap by proving these deals are legit with the contract tweets. Once the info is released in a PR and the sideline traders see oh shit this is real the cheap prices will be GONE. imo
