Back in a time not so long ago...the ceo wanted to ensure and restore shareholder value. by doing the following:
She had toxic lending which caused dilution which increased the a/s to 500mil.
She then reduced the ss by buying back 150mil shares. thats a positive.
She then uplisted the company to OTC BB status.another positive.
She then pr she will be looking for alternative funding to avoid further toxic lending because she admited and realized most toxic lending is a death sentence.
she then stated in a pr that she would be launching Amazon and then retracted this and because shareholder bitched then went ahead and did it.
the stock was trading at roughly between 02-05.
what has since happened..
She couldn't get alternative funding; went back to the toxic lenders after being assulted the first time not learning about how diltuion harms the share structure and shareholders. I'm not talking about the company. I'm talking about us at this moment. And she got a boat load of it. all coming due.
recently lost OTC BB status to pink.
the share price has been drastically erroded to 000's.
what happened to shareholder trust and value..???
tweeting on sm that shareholder value is important when the facts stand to tell she went right back and revoked everything she had originally said she would do.
THEN: some dude on here starts pumping the stock after some radio show talking about all the "good stuff" to come with the company. probably from the radio show or IR hired.
As I understand from sources this is a very rich woman. but she's not investing her own money into her company which is smart. However, she has given candy to the baby and now taken it away and we all know what happens when that happens.
No I would not invest this company. She needs to restore investor confidence. she lied to her investors.
there is a looming debt once come due will further erode the company and shareholder value,
personally..Ill see first how the next Q is going to turn out.
