Meadows lawsuit was settled (well discounted too as Jerry was passing out warrants like Candy to his investors after paying usury 38% interest) and his (Meadows) selling all his warrants via GHS is what caused RMHB to drop below a penny. The lawsuit I'm referring to is the illegal transfer of 1mm into 1B Class A shares Jerry G sold to Ms Lilly LIAR to control company for his 3.5mm payday. She was to have ample cash to support RMHB - she never gave a dime.
What folks here don't get - Sure Rocky has filed and have been allowed 4B shares. The reason was to create more shares and OUT Lilly LIAR as the company controller which has been accomplished since she no longer controls over 50% due to share structure change . RMHB will retire any of these shares as deemed fit. If RMHB wins suit against Jerry and the crooks this stock will 5x bag in 1 day.
They are also still engaged in purchasing an outside company and we all just might be surprised with what they are after
