I answered you on the EROS case before. The word “naked” or “abusive” wasn’t mentioned once. If naked shorting was a big problem, their lawyers would have mentioned it.
If I don’t trust my bank, I won’t give them money. Using a similar logic, if naked shorting is a big problem in a stock, I won’t invest in it.
