The revenues from HSN are irrelevant - that means no one cares. The entire exercise is to demonstrate to the courts that StrikeForce makes commercially viable products, the sales of which were hurt by infringers.
Any revenues from HSN are peanuts in the whole scheme of things, anyway, $20K or $40K or less is immaterial.
