Exactly. This is the problem with PPS. MMs know SB might use shares to buy MJ company. This is dangerous and he has not said anything about how he is going to pay for it. To be honest I am not favor of buying MJ since it is too crowded and revenue generated by NJ company is smaller than the other divisions.
