My thoughts for what it is worth.... Fly in the

Fly in the dealers that are really killing it in their areas. Figure out what they are doing and why they are doing so well. Have them mentor the other existing dealers.
Focus on the Jerky in the US, possibly rebranding the line to get rid of the "Hangover" reference on the packaging. If I didn't already know the brand, I wouldn't buy it if I saw it in a store, and neither would any of my friends of family, except possibly my drunk uncle. That's too bad since it is the best Jerky I have ever had. There are brands that taste like sawdust are in CVS and RightAid. We would outsell them 10 to 1.
Focus on the Hangover cure in Korea, Ireland and Scotland, where getting drunk on purpose does not have the stigma that it does here in the US.
Sure, people get hangovers here, but the don't plan for it like they do in those countries, where it is a badge of honor.
Possibly stop selling new dealerships and hire the best current dealer(s) to run a national campaign to get big accounts.
Don't resume trading until the financials are SOLID. We can wait.
Get good legal counsel and listen to them.
Just my thoughts....
