I don't think any company will want to buy SFOR until the appeal is filed and won. At that point, then maybe someone will want to buy SFOR. If for some reason, they lose the appeal process, I doubt any other company would want to buy SFOR. Of course, if they develop some groundbreaking technology for blockchain or even something else, then who knows what the possibilities might be.
