Sox: Bottom line from your perspective is the only short of IPIX shares is the legal short of about a million shares. In your opinion all the shares accumulated by longs like me in the past year have come from sales by Aspire and Arruda. We disagree. I don't think the SEC having FINRA collect the daily short report from the MM's is just busy work. I have never once claimed the short volume reported on a daily basis is cumulative however I do believe there is a large naked short in the stock. It is my opinion that the stock borrow program is fraud filled and the proof will come when T+0 is in full force and effect. It is my position that the system is being gamed by those that have stolen trillions from honest hard working investors while having bankrupted many companies. I can't prove I am right and you can't prove I am wrong but time will tell all. In the meantime it is clear we both have strong feeling about our relative positions and neither of us are likely to change them until the facts are clear.
The good news is we both believe the company will overcome any adversity because of its science. I look forward the upcoming revelations by the company which will further enhance shareholder value. Go IPIX!!!
