Personally MightyX, until the company states something different, I'm going with the last thing mentioned in their filings about that deal, which was that the China deal was cancelled quite a long while back. When I had recently brought up the CST homepage, it was just to point out that the bashers were trying to mislead people by saying that MYDX had attempted to sell a cannabis tester in China. That deal was only for the other 3 non-cannabis related sensors.
All that aside, I think what is orders of magnitude more important right now is that California just legalized recreational cannabis and that expands MYDX's California customer base from medical card holders only, to the entire state's adult economy. Also, luck has it that San Diego was issued the first recreational sales licenses in the state.
