The DECN, IMO, is not representative of the potential of DECN. The website looks like it was put together by a website generator such as GoDaddy Web Design - it does not have "sizzle."
The website is stale - i.e. the TV logs are from Jan-Feb 2017 and no video is shown near the mention of the logs. Is advertising being done online (banners), on TV/cable (video) or in magazines/trade journals (PDF)? If YES, these items should be displayed on the website.
Text is not a "selling tool" nor positive for SEO. Here is an example in the lead line (golden triangle is prime marketing space on a website and were the eyes naturally go), "Welcome! Decision Diagnostics Corp. is a leading manufacturer of low cost home testing devices and test strips for use with legacy meters." - What type of testing? what type of meters? There is no mention of DIABETES or DIABETIC.
The Career page as well as most of the website has not changed in 2 years - Google Search engines crawl websites looking for new content.
How about a testimonial page?
How about a page where the product is available? A zip code search for Brick and Mortar or online retailer index for online and NOT a PDF built from an Excel sheet.
These are BASICS of an effective website. NO, I do not want to take over as CEO as I am an Investor/Shareholder.
I HOPE this constructive criticism helps in 2018.
