Where did you read that we needed 3000 patients for a B-ABSSSI phase 3 trial? Did I miss that somewhere? Or was that figured based off the dollar amount?
My understanding a couple years ago was that we expected two arms (adult/children maybe?) ~700 patients (x2 perhaps?). This is the first I heard of such a large number.
