in short... t trades prove their are no strict rules,
when stock trades 100million shares a day, so their is confusion,chaos etc so a t trade comes into play
here,you have, onci , day in, day out with a t trade , no big volume to cause it
so what is it ?
It's onci itself causing it, to pay for imo
mj deal and dental
ok you have a big note that is due, so co arranges behind the scene a t trade t,in order not to Scare investors, ok.... that's understandable to use t trade and it's once in a while,
however everyday to use t trade ??????
ok I know it's done for the co greater good long term,
so then the CEO should inform investors, not say in cc, implying a little dilution like it's no big deal, not to worry over , when it's almost 800 thousand dollars on note and just guessing another million dollars to buy the mj and dental co, and it being done ,with t trades imo
ok enough said
let's hope we can move over a PENNY this week
