It will be interesting to see what PSPW does with either uplisting or going this route. Did you look at reverse merger due to a possibility of Menasat coming onboard?
We have a real strong management and updated filings. This is a plus on our side. I know it might cost more to uplist but they would be big winners verses going a reverse split. I don't think they would attract strong hedge funds and strong money managers to get involved. Up-listing would attract the strong and bring this stock into multiple dollars if the financing is announced. I feel strong 2018 will be a good year for all of us. Lets hit the big boards with PSPW.
