David, as a NTEK SH I would love to see some investment interest from the institutional side as well as a renewed interest from many more retail investors. A listing on the OTCQX would accomplish that goal by lending credibility to any small start up. As you know institutional investors will not even look at a OTC pinkie, let alone one with a big fat red stop sign.
Lets face it, NTEK's reputation has been tarnished by not only all the sewer rats spewing their lies on public websites but also self inflicted wounds via prior NTEK mismanagement.
I follow the NTEK boards closely and its fairly obvious the number of NEW NTEK SH's has dwindled to a trickle. The following excerpt is a good read for what a move to the OTCQX can do for a start up company including generating interest from the institutional investor community.
We need more eyeballs on NTEK and I am convinced in David Foley we have our tech genius leading the way with UF 3.0 but we need to persuade the new management team a move off the pinks is in the best interest of NTEK SH's.
The combination of excitement over the release of 3.0, some marketing, AND THE CREDIBILITY OF THE OTCQX with maybe a few hedge funds on our side instead of the bad guys will do the trick!
Baby steps, first OTCQX followed by a uplisting to NASDAQ. Is the new NTEK management team up to the task???
