Sure will and it sure does sound as if their goal is 2018 at some point. Auditing, reapplying and grabbing an MM are all tedious tasks; as well as costly. The stars will have to align for it to happen, but I still have faith that HJOE wants back in the game and away from the OTC at some point.
With the little I know of Shawn, he wants his detractors $$$ buried deep. I'll be sure to assist him to the best of my ability once that day arrives
