7. Plaintiff objects to the Letter and the misrepresentations therein, and asks the Court to award Plaintiff appropriate sanctions against Klein and his clients for this unprofessional behavior.
For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff requests that the Court strike the Letter and award Plaintiff such further relief to which it may be entitled.
I believe the Judge may have put the civil case aside to determine the sanctions against the gang of cons for all the egregious behavior.
Could be why it's taking so long to rule in the Summery Judgements,
