His last q filings is proof of that, he reported his business plan to market and sale e-bikes. He reported his income and sales. Doesn't look like a proxy to me...Nothing fraud in that. (nothing as MakZak is reporting below.)
Matter of fact there are several Q's since IR each CEO Bill provided what income and sales/means for receiving income.
Just check the Q's again no matter what he says S7/IR/ reported there was no hiding of TPAC revenue.
