A good week for all who stayed the course with PTOI - may it be representative of things to come in 2018.
I've been wondering about a couple of things since the 8K / PR, and am hoping that the new BOD can perhaps issue clarity on them before the 10K is due in mid-April:
1). Date / Time / Location for the AGM.. Management mentioned that it would be in early 2018; if it will be a live event, it would be good to get that info out early, for those of us planning to travel there.
2). Type of feedstock that the potential buyer will be processing.. It would be interesting to find out if the feedstock of the potential buyer has already been tested, or if there is a "pilot run" contingency a la Eco Navigation, that we have to wait for, before an actual sale is consummated.
3). Management plans for PTOI capital structure. With roughly half of the AS issued and outstanding, a frank discussion of funding needs would be welcome. That discussion would include the future of the Niagara site, the anticipated costs associated with completing, transporting, assembling, testing, and maintaining the first set of processors, and any other costs that might require sales of stock to get the enterprise through 2018 (debt, salaries, etc).
It's been a long road, but there is still hope. Management's openness about future plans will be a welcome addition.
