YES, here in the states, when accused, one has the legal right to face and or confront their accuser, and of course, in this case, as TD Buttwipe has self admitted that he helped write the SEC complaint, therefore, yes, TD is subject deposition by the defendants.
Russian Crybaby should be deposed as well, as he was one of the Hallin group and very much a part of the Fake BK, but of course, way too chicken to take the stand, instead, he preferred emotion, poor little baby.
