Several things I took from the tweeted contract.
1st, this contract was generated on Nov 1st, with signatures in December. So most likely negotiations began in October. Leads me to wonder what else has been in the works since October and November that we are unaware of.
2nd, I don’t need numbers for the contract. Comparing this one to previously signed contracts with F&I and warranty companies, it’s probably in the 1-million-dollar range. Doesn’t really matter if it’s 800k or 1.2m; it’s new revenue for Hexagon.
3rd, This is a contract a competitor didn’t get. It brings more relevance to bsafe Mobile, and introduces Cogosense and their apps to an even broader market than it already established. Also, with each deal, Berman’s Rolodex gets a little fatter.
There’s more, but that’s enough. Being this contract was delivered via tweet instead of a PR confirms my belief that Berman has no desire to release PR’s until he can do so under the Hexagon Holdings Corp name. Maybe he’ll prove me wrong. I have no problem waiting. The process is nearing an end; just need FINRA to do their part. In the meantime, revenues keep accumulating, and other ventures are pursued.
Berman did tweet yesterday “I will update tomorrow”, so perhaps we hear from him later today.
