Clearly the legal strategy of the infringers has evolved into one that almost guarantees a long, drawn out process, for whatever reasons.
Are you experienced with investing in microcaps? The CEO's of these companies put out expected time lines for events, which almost always take longer than expected or desired. And often way longer, it's not that the CEO is being duplicitous, rather it's the nature of the situation.
I have great confidence in Mark Kay as a leader, he's coming through on his promises, but to expect something to happen in the Jan / Feb time frame, as he described, can best be filed under "wishful thinking". I believe everything will eventually work out in SFOR's favor with the emphasis on eventually.
My realistic time frame to see concrete proof that will move share price upwards is, at this point, EOY, 2018, anything sooner will surprise and please me greatly. Good luck to all. p.s., I'm very familiar with the deals and dots connections, but good things take time.
