The Verified Company Profile update from the TA should be available as at December 31 soon. I'll post and update analysis as soon as I see it.
450M shares retired already this year and no dilution confirmed so far in 2017.
We will see if any more shares have been retired.
$DIGX is starting 2018 in a much better position than at the start of 2017 when it was at .0001 x .0002 without a complete understanding of who held what at .0003 > .0010.
In 2018, it will start at .0003 x .0004 with:
- The worst case of share holdings at each price point above .0003 known (with nobody holding any significant amount of .0002s).
- Longs having secured most of the .0003s and the majority of .0004s thereby denying a major portion of the year-bottom shares to 1-tick / 2-tick basher / flippers who placed all their hopes on getting .0002s but were thwarted by more skillful traders with greater resources. No significant holder was duped into selling for a loss by non-credible nonsense.
- The share structure is almost exactly the same now as for each of the several runs in 2017 but with the added bonus that 450M - a significant portion of the O/S - is no longer available to be traded making it actually thinner to the upside at all times.
