various share types/grades the can swap now to get the float down to an appropriate or extremely flexible trading range. Don't sell this option short. if you want a huge move, decreasing the current float by 50-60% would cause havoc you have never seen before. This would not allow anyone the ability to stop the damn from breaking and drowning everything in its way .
This also serves to allow a proper value for the company short and longterm, would allow management to be rewarded, allows news to properly bump up the price, and most importantly allows funds and opening day investors the opportunity to grow with the company longterm and feel safe entering at .02,.03,.04,.05 at the opening bell
cutting the float by 60% would not allow anyone to short the initial run.Any /big news developments announced shortly after the first couple days would cause double murder......a float reduction would make all think twice about borrowing shares.
The company has worked hard, and to accomplish all their goals-financial and other, this is the best option for them to succeed,short and longterm. They will need many more investors to grow pps wise.This strategy will help people become attracted to invest in the company and buy the first several days..jmho
