We may be in for quite the surprise.
On May 18th the auction result was disclosed, HTC Global Ventures, LLC was the winner with the highest bid of $91M cash purchase price (excluding $2M break-up fee) and $30M of certain liabilities (see docket 234). Naturally the stock moved up dramatically and closed at $0.095 that day, while reaching its post BK climax of $0.1680 the day after and closing at $0.11. At that time quantifying the probable payout was still difficult with full certainty.
Docket 234 filed on May 18th, allowed a first proper calculation, resulting in $10.05M - $23.05M retention to common, or $0.123 - $0.281 per share. Details of the current evaluation are described below
