So many were/are voicing that R &G should bring this CA judge's kinship issue (possible conflict of interest etc.) when they file a brief to the CAFC (in the past), or complain to the judge etc., I gotta tell you all that RG knows better not to do such an improper thing.
Why?
You just don't involve such matters in the appeal's brief, period (you will be laughed at and the brief will be thrown out).
You don't accuse a judge, period,(again not a prudent idea and unprofessonal).

RG can only argue about the law that was applied, or how wrongly the law was applied etc., in this case is the 101 ground the judge applied.
I'm not saying there are no corruptions, I've seen plenty.
Remember justice does not always win.
If you disagree, you can prove me wrong later when you get to see RG's brief.
And don't delete this post, just because it goes against everybody's wish!
