Payment solutions company Global Payout, Inc. (OTC: GOHE) this morning announced the release of a year-end letter to shareholders from CEO James Hancock. In the letter, Hancock recaps what he calls an “especially active, yet successful” year for both Global Payout and its majority-owned subsidiary, MoneyTrac Technology, Inc.
