This is what I am thinking - the first batch of $1.5 million and then another one of $1.5 million. This urgency of splitting hairs between whether revenue comes in January, February, or even March is a moot point due to this. We simply have the funds and this distinguishes our situation from the past when we did not have funds. Those alluding to times where drastic measures were taken and tough decisions had to be made are just not realizing the difference. $3 million of litigation funding available is like a settlement in itself and was awarded based on our strong legal position in my opinion. We never had funding like this before and always had to borrow from our CEO or at a disadvantage. This is why IMO we are worth more as a company now than ever before let alone due to the fact we have imminent deals paying soon per Mark Kay.
