I totally agree with you 4SD! If you want to win a war, you don't quit just because you lost one battle, you keep fighting! In our case we have Ropes & Gray fighting our litigation battles, and we couldn't be in better hands! Since their confidence level is extremely high on SFOR, with their reputation on the line too, I can afford to be patient with my investment, piggybacking on their confidence as well as my own! Despite the delay because of the California ruling, the facts are on our side, worthy of our patience as the battle is fought in the Federal Circuit Court! A victory there, on top of the 2 IPR denials, gives us our hat trick! Then we continue to set up new defendants, and Ropes & Gray knocks them down for us! Despite this delay, everything is looking might good for SFOR and its shareholders!
The naysayers continue to look for the negatives, making them up if they can't find any, but in the end the facts will speak for themselves! SFOR's patented technology is a cornerstone of cyber security! SfOR and its shareholders will definitely reap the rewards going forward - if they hold!
