At this rate of shareholder value demise, the Jan deal is a must....nothing short of done deal with proof..I personally know two shareholders with over 100 million shares that are banking on next 30 days..if they dump, we will be in big trouble...Kay has been CEO for 15 years now....let’s hope Kay pulls it off...i
