NanoTech Entertainment is pleased to announce that there will be a Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on Friday January 19, 2018, at 1pm. The meeting will be held in the conference center at the Casino M8trix located at 1887 Matrix Blvd San Jose, CA 95110. Shareholders who, pursuant to the provisions of Law and the Bylaws, hold any number of shares registered in their name at least five days prior to the meeting are entitled to attend. To attend the Shareholders’ Meeting, shareholders must obtain a registered attendance card which will issued by the SR/IR Department with reference to the list of shareholders having the right to attend pursuant to the provisions of the Bylaws and applicable rules and regulations.
