hey Wai ..
the first thing i thought of when i saw this:
was a *give* by P2O in return for 5% of *gross* (vs. net) and what was *rumored*
to be a *goal* way back when in 2013 .. when P2O was wrested back ..
eventually issuing cash divs .. now clearly that is a ways away .. but it makes
sense .. since imo RH has done everything to avoid toxicity
