Today the POTUS signed into law the tax reform bill. This lowered the corp. rate from 35 to 20% next year. With all that extra money what do you think some IT companies will do with it? Do you think they may, in the words of a TPG exec interviewed by Bloomberg, following the McAfee spinoff with Intel "Acquire small software companies in the cyber security landscape". I do. Does his description fit SFOR? I think it does. I also think this will happen shortly after the legal doubts about the validity of SFOR IP raised by SA are resolved once and for all!
