I think they need to be more realistic than 1:1M LoL...after all they are selling our equity out from under us. It's gonna be interesting because my understanding is that Dror, the ex CEO of $VPOR is heading up the Company buying Smart Cork? If so, that already stinks but they pump the opportunities pretty well so just lock in some profits as you go.
