The current price per share (.0063) has none of the upcoming catalysts built into it.
Between now and January 31st we complete the name change to Hexagon Holdings, release of Q4, audited EOY financials, proof of the share reduction, proof that old debt has been eliminated, and no dilution. Where does that put the price per share?
For the past two months Berman has been hinting that contracts, some large, have been signed and others are in the process of signing. He released a few PR’s during this time, all good stuff but not the major announcement we’ve been waiting for.
So how many contracts are there we don’t know about, and with who? With “Ritter hit a home run and Einstein killed it”, The Dubai Auto Show, 40 or so commissioned sales reps, Bill Jenkins, and Fly Communications. Read into it what you want. Regardless, contracts will be announced in January.
Oh, and then there’s the tweet this morning. “Another major distribution contract signed with a first-class F&I company that services over 700 dealerships in 30 states. In lieu of a PR I will post the unedited ACTUAL contract end of next week.” What a fantastic way to end the year.
Let’s not forget about ongoing discussions with BMW, Ford, Chrysler, Enterprise Rent a Car, Ford Fleet, Careem. City of San Antonio, and State of Michigan.
Lastly, MJ is nearing. Six conference calls and 2 trips to Canada regarding MJ over a 35-day period. To me that’s moving matters along at a pace that shows determination. From the Nov 20th tweet, “my MJ partner was in Vegas last week for the MJ conference”. The fact that Berman has an MJ partner is big news in itself.
