Agree Joe, we all need to keep our expectations realistic. Deals don’t generally start with an inked final deal. There is almost always an NDA, or letter of intent issued in advance. Those things must be disclosed. The company has done everything in terms of disclosure that they have been required to; looking at it in an unbiased way. They have disclosed everything they are required to, little more and very little less. They are as transparent as they are required to be by the SEC, while I think they are rightfully being as quiet as they can be. I think it is to their credit. The next step or opportunity will likely appear in an 8k, very hard to surprise the shareholder with this 4 day requirement to disclose material events in an 8k. At the moment if there was a solid something in the works we would know. But since there has been no 8k it’s inaccurate to assume there is. While at the same time, they have unverifiablely filed for a name change. If it is Tony that filed for the name when he receives the final name change approved Letter an 8k will be filed. I’m hoping and expecting to see that with in the next 2 weeks myself. I remain optimistic. That’s about how long it takes. 2 weeks to a month. Other than that I have to assume that the team is working on a plan. But until we hear something?? Going to hang tight. Buy more if an when I can. And have as Merry a Christmas and as Happy a New Year as possible. I hope you all do the same. Good luck everyone!
