On what do you base the assertion that it's tax-loss selling, it's not an assumption that can be so easily made. I have plenty of stocks going up now and are not suffering from tax- loss selling, it could be situational frustration.
It's a better assumption that SFOR share price will decline or stagnate until a deal with revenue is announced or court cases settle. And at this point it all seems to be 3 or 6 months away. Seems more likely it's money that will be put to work elsewhere for a while, which may be profit taking.
