Spot on Dadon! It's a commonly used tool for creating fear and doubt because many just don't know the difference between a company that does it out of desperation, (one not really doing anything substantial) and a company that's experiencing rapid growth and wants to get to the big board and draw investment from bigger fish. If growth is strong, the value of your portfolio just keeps climbing, and down the road a bit, a forward split or even several (depending on growth) will usually push your share count right back up to where it was and then some. Again, that's as long as growth is robust. Going into this market niche, that's exactly what I'm expecting to see.
