currently in 2017 .. PTOI has the lowest (by approx 7M and change) *volume* YTD
since first trading ..
and CONtrary to NRs' lies .. each year since P2O was wrested back (2013)
PTOI has had successively *less* volume than the previous year (2013/2014
36M wash for resets)
from memory ..
when *actual* stake holders *sell* volume on UPSIDE DOWN OTC targets .. increases b4 it *decreases* .. not the other way around ..
