I can hardly wait, Zeynoc (for you to keep your word).
I have always trusted Mr. Berman because he has very often been able to accomplish things that many before him have tried unsuccessfully to do. Look at this objectively, IMO, and you will see an unimaginable underdog going toe to toe with J&J and beating them. For heaven's sake, he was able to move the Obama federal government on the 510K (talk about the immovable object!). Look at all the new products, the manufacturing prep, the market development, etc.
It was a long time ago but I suggest anyone who seeks honestly to settle their own doubts listen to the 2012 conference call

and listen to KB talk about the company, dilution, etc. I encourage you to trust your intuition. I did and I still believe this is going to BOOM and I will be able to retire early and spend the balance of my days as I choose. I hope the judge listens to this before he rules as it really shows how severely J&J has impacted the growth plans of the company. I just listened to it again and I was struck by the number of accomplishments that were planned in 2012 and have come to pass. Don't listen to anyone who says DECN has not accomplished anything.
That said, how could anyone NOT be tired of waiting? I'll bet KB is tired, too. But not because of waiting. He's working his buns off for us and I, for one, appreciate it.
