We anticipate executing a definitive agreement with ICO Advisory this week or next. We want to close prior to year end. There will be a PR following closing. An ICO should take place in early spring. We anticipate very positive feedback from Boeing and Airbus re China blockchain
We also think we can take the blockchain technology and apply to US aerospace and to e-bikes in China where we see significant quality issues. We anticipate a high level of investment interest in blockchain and ICO from China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
We will provide constant updates regarding developments of the blockchain system and the ICO timing over the next few months. With major health issues behind me, we can now focus on the task at hand.
Someone asked “share reduction? debt reduction? no RS?”
Bill stated “There’s very little debt. Should we raise what we anticipate in the ICO, there would be funds available to allocate to share buyback. An RS doesn’t seem necessary or beneficial at this time. We think the stock price can rise on the strength of our plan & subsequent implementation”
