That is an excellent point you brought up. Regardless of the fact that mmex is a corporate entity and Hanks is somewhat shielded, in the US there is a very low tolerance for fraud activities. Now let me stop right there and say I’m no way do I believe mmex is doing anything fraudulent. In fact, I believe they will build a CDU and potentially a full refinery.
But with all the activities so far, Hanks must proceed.
