Sox: It doesn't say OTC stocks are not on the Reg SHO list. The game is rigged and needs to be fixed badly. Less than a total of 20 stocks, one of which is Overstock, are on the list. That is absured. Many, many more stocks should be on that list including IPIX. T+0 is coming which will prevent abusive naked shorting which is criminal and we can thank Patrick Byrne of Overstock for that. He is a true American Patriot. Because IPIX is not on the list does not mean they shouldn't be, it means the system is being gamed by the criminals so that it and hundreds of other companies that should be on the list are not!
