Is that a serious question? Do you remember the companies involved in the financial meltdown? What about the innumerable company bankruptcies and reorganizations that occur year in and year out?
Virtually all of them occur because of financial mismanagement either due to unrealistic market forecasts for their products or because of actual financial malfeasance.
Your question suggests that the answer is cut and dried in favor of bidness.
The real answer is more complex and hardly what you in particular expect.
