Had my 6 month visit with my cardiologist this morning, took me off the blood thinner crap. I fasted in case he was going to draw blood, no need.
When I left I pulled through a McDonald's , got a number 3 with black coffee. Oh it was so GOOD. FELL OFF THE WAGON, but will hitch back up tomorrow.
