Hence the wild wild west of OTC pinks. When I hear people that say MM's don't manipulate OTC pinks, I cringe. Of course they do, but they do it in a way that makes things look legal but are on the border at the least. It would be nice to see a few long whales show up and put these short/flipper whales in their place!!!
