I like to say this board sounds wonderful. This is how a forum should be conducted. I thank you all. You Guys/Gals are making a big difference.

Now Mr. Tokelley you are 100% correct. The P. Shares must be completely converted and absorbed or else the Share Reduction will not have the affect that shareholders are looking for.

A good question is: Does TPAC have to use any more P Shares for the cost of doing business in the near future?
By knowing this information you can adjust your TPAC Trading Pattern to work with conversions as they add into the OS,
Based on revenue it would be best if the OS/market cap was contained to less than 750 million, and increased as revenue rises to keep the OTC from being over valued. Now i am not saying or claiming this is going to happen.
But Math doesn't tell tales. Do the math you have the formulas.
