Letter Letter to District Court Judge with proposed updated judgment as per Scheduling Order of 12/4/2017 by KBM Worldwide, Inc. (Johnson, Robert)
At the very least. KBM will be coming to a close shortly. There is the possibility that Veal could address settlement with toxic lenders. If we get that, strap in as I think the July 2018 will no longer be a Red Herring.
If it's more of the same, we simply wait.
